Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service. To demonstrate product knowledge with selling skills and recommendations.
What Will You Do
- Manage client relationships through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Demonstrate product knowledge with selling skills and recommendations
- Responsible for stock management and counting and updating of stock reports
- Process credit card and cash payments
- Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What Do We Want
- Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry
- Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
