Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (Quotation & Tender) (Based in site) to request quotations, price comparisons and negotiations. You will prepare quotations, bills of site control, and submit sub-contractor claims and payments. Additionally, you will monitor and update the monthly cost report across the project lifecycle within the budget. You will meet with the technical team, sub-contractors, and suppliers for work progress purposes.

What Do We Want
- At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a QS responsible for quotation and tender.
- Able to handle the QS full job scope until project lifecycle.
- Able to work closely and communicate with clients and sub-contractors.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
