Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor / Land Survey Engineer to manage and supervise site works to the surveying instruments and maintain the records. You will liaise with subcontractors to carry out proper planning to ensure that development project timelines are met. To carry out setting out of building gridlines before and during the construction stage. To maintain records of survey progress reports, quality checks and updates for internal and external stakeholders to root out any possible chance of errors. Liaise with agencies and regulatory authorities to ensure proper As Built Survey are carried out.
What Will You Do

- Liaise with agencies and regulatory authorities to ensure proper As Built Survey are carried out.
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by manager.
What Do We Want
- Min Nitec/Diploma in surveying or civil engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant surveying work experience preferably in civil and building works.
- Certification or licensure in Land Surveying (Registered/Licensed Land Surveyor) will be an advantage.
