We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant / HR Executive responsible for all employees' relations matters from onboarding to offboarding.
What Will You Do:
- Responsible for all employees' relations matters from onboarding to offboarding
- Apply, renewal and cancellation of work pass
- Manage employee personal files, leave records, dormitories and reports
- Liaise with training centres for registration of courses
- Other HR administrative work as assigned
What Do We Want:
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Min 1-2 years working experience in Project Management/ construction industry
- Have knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
