Your Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator (Electrical) (Revit) responsible for drafting, designing and creating building's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems layout. You will prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built documents and use BIM software (Revit). You will ensure structural drawings and specifications align with project requirements such as timelines and quality standards.

- Accompany manager for client meetings when necessary
- Other duties assigned by manager
What Do We Want
- At least Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Engineering or BIM
- Min 3-5 years’ working experience in BIM drawing of building's Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems layout from start to end of project
- Must be proficient in using Revit software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
