Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Technical Web Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of my clients’ digital transformation workstreams. You will be working with a handful of Tier 1 Central Government/Public Sector clients on their website/webapp ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for all product/project- related matters. You will support those clients with their web ecosystem roadmap whilst ensuring the delivery remains on time and on budget. This will cover both new web builds as well as ongoing support/BaU improvements.
Using a mix of traditional project management and agile delivery skills (depending on the project), you will need to adopt appropriate delivery methods and tools to ensure high-quality levels are maintained from both a project and people perspective.
This role is hybrid, with a couple of days per week in their office in Central/West London. It might require ad- hoc travel to clients’ offices for key meetings and projects milestones.
Key Responsibilities for Delivering Quality Product/Project to High Client Satisfaction
- Manage relationships and engagement with customers and partners, being the day-to-day point of contact for all project-related matters. Communicate and facilitate all ceremonies and workshops in diverse situations with stakeholders and key customers.
- Understand your clients’ roadmap and following a product-led mindset to deliver value. The workstreams will mainly be around web-based projects including but not limited to Content Management Systems (i.e. Drupal), SaaS platform (i.e. Laravel), UX and Service Design workstreams, with considerations for SEO, CRO, accessibility and performance.
- Manage the scope, costs, timeline of the workstreams. Collaborate with our PMO Analyst and Traffic & Resources Manager to ensure alignment of resources allocation with project delivery milestones.
- Maintain a risk register and monitor delivery progress. Follow our ISO accreditations to oversee the overall quality and security of the solutions we deliver to clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Client Services teams to identify new opportunities and scope potential projects for the workstreams you manage. When relevant, participate on pre-sales and QBR activities, including scoping, proposal development, tenders, and client pitches when relevant. Review SoWs to ensure accurate scoping and risk management.
- Become an active participant in the their delivery community, sharing best practice, supporting & mentoring others, and looking to continually improve our delivery processes.

Experience delivering web-related projects with large government organisations (or similar type organisations) following the gov.uk Service Standard. Evidence of Service Assessment record a plus.
Experience with web CMS (Drupal or equivalent) and custom webapp platform built using open- source solutions (Laravel or equivalent) required.
Experience managing software-based workstreams in an agile delivery environment. Ideally development in PHP.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to handle difficult situations or stakeholders and resolve conflict.
Commercial awareness, such as budget tracking, risk management and forecasting.
Ability to build and maintain high-performing teams, ensuring clear communications and a collaborative working environment for all.
Remuneration:
Basic salary upto £70,00,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus.
