Are you a Technical Support Analyst / IT Administrator, ideally with 1-2 years experience supporting eCommerce systems? If so, apply for this new 12 month contract based in Chertsey.
Our client, a household name, is looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst to join a thriving PMO ops team. You will be managing, triaging and resolving support tickets for eCommerce systems. Knowledge of SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce or Commercetools would be a benefit.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis – 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home.
I'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience:
- 1st line Technical Support / Systems Support / Systems Administration
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of ITIL, Jira and confluence
- Strong documentation skills
- Basic SQL skills would be a bonus
The role will initially be for a period of 12 months and will be inside IR35.
