Purpose of the Role The Technical Business Analyst (AI Transformation) plays a critical role in shaping, driving, and scaling an organization's Digital, AI, and Automation capabilities.
This position is accountable for identifying high-impact opportunities to apply AI across the business (including commercial operations, customer services, product development, and internal business functions), designing AI-first operational processes, and leading the end-to-end design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, the role drives new ways of working, embeds operational excellence, reduces manual effort through intelligent automation, and develops internal AI tools that enhance product, finance, and operational teams.
