Role overview: We are looking for a driven, resilient, and detail-oriented Reviews Operations Executive to support our Reviews Program across European markets. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor operational tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for user-generated content (UGC) and customer engagement.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operational projects for the Reviews Program across multiple European markets
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies covering product and service reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including regional teams, operational delivery teams, product teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation of review enhancements
- Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and vendors
- Continuously evaluate and optimise project processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and distribute regular reporting to stakeholders
What we need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement environments
- Strong understanding of UGC principles, community management, and customer feedback analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and work under pressure
- Experience working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and regions
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
