As a Senior Analyst in their sector-leading Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful, data-backed decisions that accelerate the client's business growth. You will bring experience reporting Marketing KPIs and extracting actionable insights from a vast dataset, empowering teams to optimise performance and influence strategic initiatives. You will take ownership of delivering advanced performance analyses, uncovering critical insights and continually refining their reporting suite to provide clarity and drive.
Responsibilities:- Lead Marketing Analysis: Spearhead the analytics for performance marketing, identifying key trends and uncovering actionable insights that directly influence business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Design, manage, and enhance a suite of trading reports and dashboards that track KPIs and key performance metrics. Own the Performance Marketing “databook,” ensuring it provides essential insights for future investments.
- Rapid Insights Delivery: Provide quick-turnaround, actionable insights on critical trading topics that drive both immediate and long-term strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define key business questions, deliver impactful analyses, and align on actionable objectives.
- Visual Storytelling: Use data visualisation tools like PowerBI to create intuitive reports and dashboards that help guide smarter marketing decisions.
- Continuous Innovation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance analytics processes, tools, and methodologies, keeping our marketing insights sharp and ahead of the curve.
- Proven experience analysing and optimising performance marketing channels (Google and LinkedIn experience essential), with experience in ATL and BTL channels a plus but not essential.
- Expertise in causal attribution (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, MMM) to assess and optimise marketing spend.
- A track record of owning and executing incrementality testing plans that directly drive performance improvements.
- Experience analysing and enhancing customer experience (UX, UI), relevance, and personalisation across multiple marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of business performance drivers, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
- Skilled in leveraging data visualisation tools to present complex findings in a compelling, easy-to-understand manner.
- A proven ability to create and refine reporting tools that drive better business decisions.
- Strong track record of working cross-functionally, building relationships with senior stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver results.
