Senior CRM Executive – Drive Personalised Experiences Across Global Audience
North London
Up to ÂŁ40K + 10% bonus

My client is looking for a forward-thinking Senior CRM Executive to help deliver cutting-edge digital campaigns across email, push, SMS, web and app channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering end-to-end omni-channel CRM campaigns that are insight-led and highly personalised.
- Leading the transition from traditional campaigns to a dynamic “always-on” approach using automation and segmentation.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to implement effective journeys across digital channels: email, app, web, SMS and push.
- Working hands-on with customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to improve customer relevance.
- Supporting major cross-channel initiatives such as membership renewals and new product launches.
- Monitoring campaign performance and running A/B tests to constantly improve results.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience delivering digital marketing campaigns using omni-channel strategies.
- Experience operating customer data platforms or CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Bloomreach, Cheetah Digital, etc.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- A collaborative approach with strong communication skills to bring ideas to life across teams.
- A curiosity to challenge the norm and explore new ways of reaching and engaging diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of GDPR principles and the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
