Hybrid Working with up to 3 days per week in the office
A 6 month contract that is mainly remote (a few times in the office a month) for a Paid Media and CRM Campaign Manager that will focus on leveraging data cleanrooms to ensure privacy-compliant, secure data collaboration between businesses and their partners.
The ideal candidate will have campaign management expertise and advanced data analytics, with privacy focused data practices.
- Marketing Campaign Planning
- Work with retailer partners to plan, execute and report on collaborative marketing campaigns across Paid Media and CRM.
- Handle and brief agencies on media and audience strategies.
- Liaise with retail partner media teams on optimal marketing campaign set-up to achieve desired results and KPIs.
- Own campaign reporting and associated presentation requirements.
- Develop and own use case pilot roadmap for data cleanroom, working with Loyalty, Tech and Media teams to gather inputs.
- Support with local market data cleanroom onboarding and use case pilot implementation.
- Liaise with cleanroom provider and legal teams on ongoing legal requirements and documentation.
- Support Heads of Loyalty, Media and Technology with meeting and presentation preparation.
Skills required:
- Working experience of planning and executing paid media campaigns including Google Ads, DV360 and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of 1st party data and experience of executing marketing campaigns leveraging customer data.
- Understanding of media and digital analytics.
- Experience managing third parties, including media agencies, consultancies and business partners.
- Highly analytical and able to interpret data in a significant way.
- Previous experience of using data cleanrooms is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including strong MS PowerPoint & Excel).
