Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, resilient, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Project Executive to support customer-focused marketing initiatives across European markets. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with goals, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and a passion for user-generated content (UGC) and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational projects within the customer engagement and feedback space across multiple European markets
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including local market teams, operational delivery functions, product managers, and senior leadership
  • Monitor progress against established timelines and milestones, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans while driving operational deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulations
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders through regular status updates and reports
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and vendors
  • Continuously assess and refine project processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing, social media, or customer engagement
  • Solid understanding of UGC, community management, and customer feedback analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and remain composed under pressure
  • Comfortable working with diverse colleagues across regions and cultural backgrounds
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence)
  • Experience with Bazaarvoice is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
