The company

This is one of the fastest-growing B2B intelligence and advisory businesses in Europe β€” a membership platform connecting and informing the world's most influential Supply Chain and Operations leaders at some of the world's most recognisable enterprises.

Backed by recent investment and recognised in multiple major industry rankings for growth and workplace culture, the business is at an exciting inflection point. The commercial team is scaling fast and the infrastructure needs to match.

The role

This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the COO. No direct reports, no layers β€” just you, the data, and a 16-person GTM team you'll be making significantly better.

The commercial model matters. This business sells a small number of very high-value enterprise memberships to C-suite buyers at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Long cycles, complex relationships, and every account in the pipeline matters. If you've only worked in high-volume, transactional SaaS this will be a shift β€” but if you're curious and you understand enterprise commercial dynamics, you'll pick it up fast.

Your job is to make sure the business doesn't leave money on the table β€” through better rep performance, tighter pipeline discipline, and a GTM tech stack that actually gives the sales team an edge.

What you'll be doing

  • Coaching reps and sales leadership to perform better β€” using data to identify where deals are being lost, where process is breaking down, and where individual reps need support. Building the playbooks, qualification frameworks and enablement materials that create consistency across the team.
  • Owning the forecasting and pipeline management process β€” deal-level reviews, weekly forecasting cadence with the exec team, board pack development with Finance. Building the rigour and repeatability that gives leadership genuine confidence in the numbers.
  • Owning the GTM tech stack vision β€” you don't need to be a Salesforce admin, but you need to know what good looks like, set the direction, and be able to prototype and prove out new AI and GTM tools quickly. The current stack includes Salesforce, Clay and Gong β€” and there's a real opportunity to reshape it.
  • Driving outbound process improvement and lead engagement β€” getting more qualified leads into reps' pipelines, fixing the re-engagement of closed-lost contacts, and making sure no inbound or referral falls through the cracks.
  • Owning data quality β€” building always-on processes that keep commercial data clean and embedding good habits into how the sales team operates day to day.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a closely adjacent B2B role β€” with real, evidenced experience of building forecasting processes, improving rep performance through data, and working with modern GTM tooling.
  • You're genuinely AI-literate β€” not just aware of the tools but actively using and experimenting with them. You've built workflows, prototyped solutions, and you're curious about what's possible. You follow what's happening in the GTM and AI space and you tinker before you're asked to.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently β€” equally comfortable coaching a sales rep through a deal and presenting pipeline analysis to the COO. You don't need to be the most senior person in the room, but you do need to be credible, direct and persuasive.
  • You're energised by operating as an IC β€” your influence comes from the quality of your thinking and the trust you build, not from headcount. You move fast, stay focused on the highest-leverage work, and don't wait for perfect before you act.
  • Experience in information services, SaaS, B2B intelligence or high-ACV enterprise models is a plus. Background in a commercial role β€” BDR, AE, AM β€” is also valued. Experience in a scale-up environment of 50–200 people is ideal.

What's on offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Unlimited holidays
  • Private healthcare and life insurance
  • Enhanced pension and parental leave
  • Custom-designed offices in Central London β€” free breakfasts, great team
  • 4 days in the office β€” a genuinely great place to spend them
