I’m working with a leading CRM marketing agency that partners with enterprise brands to drive growth through email-led CRM, lifecycle strategy and personalisation. They’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own senior enterprise client relationships, with email as the primary CRM channel. You’ll act as the strategic lead across email programmes, shaping lifecycle strategy, defining customer journeys and ensuring delivery drives measurable ecommerce performance. This is a senior, consultative role. You’ll work closely with enterprise ecommerce clients, often from a high-level or evolving brief, turning commercial goals into clear, email-first lifecycle strategies and managing those programmes through delivery with internal teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading email-led CRM and lifecycle strategy for enterprise ecommerce clients
- Owning senior client relationships and acting as the strategic point of contact
- Designing email-first lifecycle frameworks across onboarding, retention, reactivation and win-back
- Translating ecommerce objectives into clear CRM roadmaps and priorities
- Guiding delivery teams across email, automation and supporting channels (SMS, push)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior CRM Manager (or similar) within an agency or consultancy
- Strong ecommerce CRM experience — this is essential
- Deep experience owning and optimising email as the primary CRM channel
- Confidence working with enterprise ecommerce brands (c. £10m+ revenue)
- Comfortable owning senior stakeholders and shaping strategy from limited briefs
- Strong understanding of email and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on here means being confident navigating platforms, understanding how email segmentation, personalisation, automation and reporting work, and being able to guide clients and teams — not building campaigns day to day.
Why this role stands out:
- Senior ownership of complex, email-driven ecommerce CRM programmes
- Genuine strategic influence without day-to-day execution
- Agency environment with autonomy and pace
- Hybrid working from London
If you’re a senior CRM professional who lives and breathes email-led ecommerce CRM, enjoys client ownership and wants to make a visible commercial impact, this is a strong opportunity.
