Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the set-up of a new centralised content operations team for our European D2C business. This role will oversee the launch of this new operation, which will produce all D2C creative content and assets required for the operation of our European D2C channels. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and high‐quality output to meet the launch deadline of 1st December.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan; define scope, goals, deliverables.
  • Content Production Mapping: Outline and optimise end‐to‐end production; collaborate with marketing, design, technology teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders; manage communication across regional subsidiaries and teams.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure all deliverables completed on time; monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate risks and avoid delays.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a content production or creative services environment.
  • In‐depth knowledge of the content production process, including ideation, creation, and distribution.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and CMS; Jira experience essential.
