A major platform rollout has already been successfully delivered, and the focus is now on increasing adoption, expanding platform capability, improving governance and ensuring teams across multiple markets maximise the value of the solution. This role would suit someone who combines product ownership with hands-on DAM administration and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to turn platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, governance requirements and technical enhancements.
    • Translate stakeholder requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate prioritisation across business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams.
    • Make informed trade-off decisions across support, enhancements and strategic initiatives.
    • Track roadmap delivery against adoption and success metrics.
  • Platform Operations & Governance
    • Oversee day-to-day platform support, including incident management, asset administration and configuration updates.
    • Maintain metadata models, taxonomy, naming conventions and governance standards.
    • Drive user adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder enablement.
    • Support onboarding of additional business units and markets.
    • Develop dashboards, KPIs and maturity assessments to measure platform success.
    • Identify opportunities for workflow optimisation, automation and new platform capabilities.
    • Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into practical guidance.
    • Define scalable governance processes and operating procedures.
    • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve metadata quality, content discovery, governance and operational efficiency.
    • Stay informed on the latest AEM Assets capabilities and DAM best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Product Owner experience within a DAM, CMS or MarTech environment.
  • Strong hands-on administration experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM Assets).
  • Excellent knowledge of metadata strategy, taxonomy design, governance, search optimisation and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience driving platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and organisational change.
  • Experience developing adoption frameworks, KPIs and maturity models.
  • Strong understanding of modern AEM Assets capabilities and DAM best practices.
  • Experience identifying AI and automation opportunities within DAM platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Experience integrating DAM platforms with CMS, PIM, marketing technology or wider content supply chain solutions.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to shape the future of an enterprise Digital Asset Management platform at a key stage of its evolution.
