You’ll be:
- Building and optimising automated flows (onboarding, retention, win-back, upsell)
- Managing segmentation, dynamic content and conditional logic
- Owning campaign builds and QA inside Klaviyo
- Running A/B tests and improving performance
- Maintaining account hygiene and deliverability
- Working closely with designers and copywriters
- Joining client calls when needed
