The Role

We are looking for a Graduate – 1 years’ experience junior campaign executive to join our CRM Operations team at entry level. This will suit a bright ambitious individual with a marketing degree or post grad diploma, or perhaps someone with a more data, I.T related background who is looking for get into a marketing role

This role will work on digital marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels. The successful candidate will be required to build an in-depth knowledge of our campaign management tools and campaign process for several clients. They will be conducting Quality Assurance of email campaigns and will also support the set-up, testing and deployment of campaigns on various ESP platforms. They will report into one of our MarTech Enablement Leads and work closely with our creative production, data and project management teams in the quality assurance, set-up, testing and deployment of campaigns.

Candidates will need to have an excellent eye for detail, be numerical, process driven and fast-learners. They will work as part of a fast-paced, client-responsive team. There will be a strong support structure and specific training on platforms and QA standards, but we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to support multiple accounts and campaigns from day one. This position is ideal for someone with a logical mindset, keen to make a start within the Marketing industry. The candidate will gain experience working across a range of leading international brands within the Transport, Sports, Media, Financial Services, Automotive and Utility sectors. We anticipate that the successful candidate will be able to quickly grow and expand their role as the team develops and we continue to win new work.

Specific Tasks

Quality Assurance:

  • Quality Assuring campaign content and creative
  • Quality Assuring campaign rendering and functionality
  • Maintaining QA process documentation and logging QA checklists
  • Campaign Set up and Deployment:
  • Data selection and manipulation of target audiences
  • Maximising the use of the campaign management tools features to set up and deploy scheduled, automated and triggered campaigns
  • Campaign set up quality assurance including end to end testing
  • Timely deployment of campaigns
  • Creation and update of reporting dashboards

Email updates using our Email Studio

Providing helpdesk user support to clients

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time role and will be based at our Kensington Offices with potential travel to client site.

Skills and Attributes

Must have

Pixel perfect attention to detail

Competent proof-reader with excellent grammar knowledge

Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Good time management skills and proven ability to multitask

Ability to interact directly with clients and build strong relationships across the board

Confident with Microsoft Excel

Nice to have (for 1 year plus candidates)

Experience or exposure to of one or more of the following ESPs; Adestra, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Acoustic (Silverpop), Braze, DotDigital, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach

Exposure to PeopleStage, Faststats, Adobe Target, Litmus, Email on Acid

Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Quality assurance experience

Copywriting and subediting skills

Understanding of email, social, mobile and display best practice

Particular interest in Digital Marketing

Confident in presenting both internally and externally
