About the Role
We are working with a leading global technology organisation looking for a
Media Operations & Efficiency Executive to join their European Media team on a contract basis.
This role will support the smooth operation of a large-scale media function, working across campaign delivery, operational improvements, governance and efficiency initiatives.
You will collaborate with regional teams, local markets, agency partners and senior stakeholders to help improve ways of working, deliver operational projects and ensure media programmes are effectively supported.

Key Responsibilities
- Media Operations & Delivery
- Support the day-to-day operation of the European media function across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Own and deliver operational projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, actions and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and ways of working.
- Support the wider media team with operational activities and business priorities.
- Media Efficiency & Governance
- Support the implementation of media efficiency and governance initiatives.
- Maintain governance documentation, resources and operational materials.
- Track project progress, milestones and key actions.
- Prepare reports, updates and presentations for regional stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas to improve media frameworks, processes and standards.
- Campaign & Media Support
- Support media planning and campaign delivery activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure successful delivery of media initiatives.
- Assist with campaign materials, presentations and operational documentation.
- Develop an understanding of media planning and activation processes across multiple channels.
- Knowledge Management & Communications
- Manage and maintain internal media resources, documentation and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Create and update playbooks, guidance documents and operational resources.
- Support internal communications around media initiatives and operational updates.
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership meetings and stakeholder forums.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
About You
Essential Experience
- Experience within a media, marketing, advertising agency or related environment.
- Understanding of media planning, campaign delivery and the paid media landscape.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to create high-quality presentations and documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Power Point and Excel.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience working across multiple markets or international organisations.
- Exposure to media operations, governance or campaign management.
