We are working with a high-growth B2B SaaS business scaling rapidly across EMEA and the US, and they are building out their Go-To-Market Engineering function to own the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that powers revenue growth. This role sits between Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data, focused on building and optimising the GTM machine.

The Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimise the systems that power the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation through to expansion and retention. You will own the architecture and automation across the GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, and revenue intelligence platforms. This is a systems, automation, and GTM optimisation role rather than a reporting or analytics role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce and/or HubSpot and surrounding ecosystem)
  • Build and maintain automated workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Improve lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
  • Integrate tools such as enrichment, intent data, outreach, and engagement platforms
  • Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to improve funnel performance
  • Design scalable processes to reduce manual effort across GTM teams
  • Support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue analytics
  • Drive experimentation around GTM efficiency and conversion optimisation

Required Experience

We are open on background, but you will likely come from one of the following:

  • Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • CRM, Marketing Automation, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Business Systems, Salesforce, or HubSpot consulting
  • Growth, GTM, or automation-focused roles
  • Data or analytics roles close to commercial teams

You will need:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Hands‑on experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Gong, Marketo, Braze, Segment, etc.
  • Ability to design workflows rather than only analyse them
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics such as pipeline, conversion, CAC, and LTV
  • Experience working in fast‑paced scaling environments
  • Strong systems thinking and problem‑solving ability

Nice to Have

  • SQL or light data skills
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Exposure to tools such as Clay, Common Room, Hightouch, and similar GTM platforms
  • Experience with AI‑driven automation in GTM workflows
  • Startup or high‑growth SaaS experience

Why This Role Is Interesting

  • You will help build the revenue engine rather than just operate it
  • High ownership role in a scaling GTM function
  • Direct impact on revenue performance and efficiency
  • Exposure to modern GTM stack and AI‑driven tooling
  • Close partnership with CRO, Head of RevOps, and VP Sales and Marketing

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who thinks like a:

  • Revenue Systems Builder
  • GTM Architect
  • Automation‑first RevOps professional
  • Or a strong operator in Sales or Marketing Ops ready to step up

Apply

If you are excited by building scalable revenue systems and working at the intersection of CRM, data, automation, and growth, we would like to hear from you.
