JOB TITLE: Senior Finance Analyst

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to lead a team of four sales and finance analysts, providing critical support to the Head of the Marketing. This role is key in driving financial oversight, commercial analysis, and strategic support across various projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of internal solutions, pricing models, and sales objectives. Responsibilities will include establishing profitability evaluation processes, performing in-depth project financial analysis, supporting strategic planning, and collaborating closely with internal project managers and cross-functional teams.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and training your team, managing accounts receivable and billing processes, forecasting sales and profits, and ensuring robust financial controls and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of internal solutions and pricing structures
- Lead and mentor a team of four analysts
- Design and implement project profitability evaluation methodologies
- Analyze project-level financials and identify areas for improvement
- Advise on strategic planning and commercial decisions
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure sales alignment
- Support strategic committees with profit simulations and business cases
- Train team members and create documentation for consistent processes
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
- Manage monthly billing and cost recognition activities
- Produce reports based on sales and profit performance
- Accurately forecast monthly and annual sales and profit targets
- Liaise with departments to resolve sales-related and operational issues
- Manage customer and supplier contracts
- Conduct internal audits and review control processes (ICFR)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or similar role
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus

- External: Customers and suppliers
- Global operations, including regions in CIS, Middle East, and Africa
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week. Some evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or respond to urgent matters.
