PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Overall ownership of delivery, by managing either in-house projects or through partners in defined timelines and budget. Must have good knowledge of implemented Change Management and Vendor Management. Knowledge of QMS, ISO-9001, and successfully managed partners.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing the projects (Partner Led or In-house) and engaging the respective HQ Businesses
- Facilitate and monitor projects based on lean tenets, tools usage, and non-linearity to improve productivity
- Publish and implement Quarterly business review with Partners
- Formulate value delivery framework and ensure that the value delivery ideas are conceived and implemented by every partner and also for in-house projects
- Proactively review projects on a weekly basis and be able to anticipate potential trouble and prevent it. Not just manage by exception.
- People supply chain: Plan for people supply chain and identify key positions on a proactive basis. Work with others in the PMO team to improve project delivery techniques and project documentation
WHAT DO WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Extensive experience in using Agile/Sprints & a product (MVP) centric design; Applying DevOps (CICD) and automation throughout the program development and rollouts
- Ample onsite experience including stakeholder management
- Overall delivery operational experience (Demand and supply, resource fulfillment, financial process-internal-external)
- Drive Innovation within the team
- Strong team player, able to work effectively as part of cross-functional and distributed teams. Experience in working with virtual teams is preferred.
- Helps the team achieve excellence in areas including quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Helps the team focus on daily and iteration goals in the context of team objectives.
- Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues, and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, influencing), including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.
- Exposure to tools like JIRA is preferred.

- Review the programs and projects objectively and ensure proactive risk and dependency management
- Identify compliance and 100% adherence to contract through quarterly audits
- BCP plan and conduct the frequent validation of compliance through call-tree and tabletop tests
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills – customer-driven
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload comprised of multiple projects

EDUCATION: Educated to degree level or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
- Essential: 3+ years of concentrated eCommerce/retail experience
- Advantage: A subject matter expert fully versed in company processes and platforms
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Vendor Management with good knowledge in QMS systems
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5-hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
