We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead a team in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership — working across teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that solve real business challenges.
You’ll play a key part in helping organisations unlock the value of their data, building a culture of evidence-based decision making, and ensuring insights are delivered clearly and effectively to stakeholders at every level
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with teams & stakeholders to scope out the right analytical approach for business challenges, proposing options and timelines for delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists, ensuring accuracy, innovation, and high-quality deliverables.
- Translate data into strategy, providing clear recommendations that support commercial and operational improvements.
- Communicate insights effectively, preparing and presenting compelling analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee projects end-to-end, managing agile sprints, prioritising tasks, tracking risks, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate on strategy development, aligning analytics outputs with broader market and business research.
- Identify opportunities proactively, spotting where data science techniques can provide answers to emerging business questions.
What We’re Looking For
- Expert in GA4, tag manager, de-bugging, Content Square and all things digital analytics with specific focus on e-commerce.
- Strong SQL skills, experience using Treasure data is a plus
- Ability to translate insights into so what and what next recommendations with client
- Strong stakeholders skills and working with clients
- Self starter/motivator
- Strong technical expertise across analytics languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Java).
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, or GCP) and machine learning tools.
- Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Background in digital, marketing, or consultancy environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communicator — able to simplify complex data stories for non-technical audiences.
- Track record of turning analytics into practical, high-value business recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder skills.
- Ideally a Degree (or equivalent experience) in a numerical, statistical, or data science-related subject. Not essential if you have the right work experience.
