This is a key technical role within the Marketing MSP team, which delivers Marketing Operations across Europe. The role will operate across multiple subsidiaries and partners, with a primary focus on supporting European Office requirements.
Purpose of the Job
- Client Consultation and Strategy Development: Partner with European Office and regional marketing teams to understand business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical needs. Design and deliver tailored solutions aligned to client goals, making full use of Adobe Experience Platform capabilities.
- Optimisation and Best Practices: Review existing use of Adobe solutions to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement. Recommend and implement best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Adobe Experience Platform. Maintain best-practice solutions to support key campaign activity throughout the year, including flagship initiatives.
- Training and Enablement: Deliver training sessions and workshops to upskill peers and junior team members on Adobe Experience Platform and supporting tools. Develop clear documentation and enablement resources to support ongoing Operations activity.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve issues encountered by the Adobe Experience Platform team. Work closely with Marketing MSP technical support and Development teams to resolve complex challenges and ensure high service quality.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support overall client success. Engage with the Development team as required on projects and initiatives. Share learnings and insights from campaign activity to strengthen team knowledge.
Key Accountabilities
- Campaign and Segment Development: Build and activate campaign segments within Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Team Training: Support onboarding and training of new team members, enabling them to contribute effectively.
- Adobe Solutions Consultancy: Provide cross-functional consultancy across Adobe marketing solutions, primarily Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform, to design and deliver operational solutions for European marketing teams.
- Strategic Recommendations: Offer data-led strategic recommendations to marketing stakeholders based on campaign performance and insights.
- External Partner Support: Where required, collaborate with external partners in line with contractual agreements.
- Marketing Operations Enablement: Support the rollout of new Marketing Operations capabilities, providing subject matter expertise as needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimise processes to ensure consistent adoption of industry best practices across Adobe Experience Platform environments.
- Work closely with Campaign Operations Managers and Campaign Managers to provide guidance and alternative approaches to platform utilisation.
- Communicate delivery timelines once requests have been assigned.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support multiple European subsidiaries, maintaining strong awareness of local market data requirements, segmentation needs, and operating nuances.
- Act as a trusted technical subject matter expert for supported teams and the wider EU CRM operation.
- Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Development team on projects where required.

Skills and Experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable working style
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign
- 1+ year’s hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform
- Experience configuring platforms and delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of optimisation techniques, large-scale data handling, marketing automation, segmentation, and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering training and providing technical support
- Insights: Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights using analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics or equivalent), presenting outputs in clear, user-friendly formats and evidencing impact
- Front-end analytics expertise, ideally within a conversion-focused or D2C environment, or a strong demonstrable understanding of such contexts

Hours of Work
