Customer Insight Analyst – Marketing Agency

What you’ll do: We’re seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to deliver data-driven marketing insights that help our clients make smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with client teams to interpret performance data, uncover trends, and present actionable recommendations that enhance marketing strategy and outcomes.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to define analytical approaches that solve specific marketing challenges.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to surface meaningful insights.
- Present findings in a clear, engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to client meetings and workshops, offering strategic insight grounded in data.
- Work with internal strategy and planning teams to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Ensure all analysis is accurate, timely, and aligned with client goals.
What you’ll bring:
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics GA4, Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data storytelling.
- Previous experience in a marketing, digital, or customer analytics role.
- The ability to interpret data and identify the “so what” and “what next.”
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
