We are seeking a CRM Campaign Executive to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels and platforms. This role focuses on enabling organisations to maximise the value of their CRM and marketing technology investments, including campaign delivery, platform optimisation, and campaign or system migrations. You will work hands-on with marketing technology tools, supporting the execution of multi-channel campaigns and helping teams leverage data and technology to improve customer engagement and retention.

As part of the CRM delivery team, you will develop strong knowledge of marketing platforms, delivery processes, and client implementations. The role involves hands-on campaign implementation, process optimisation, and the use of data insights to improve campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align CRM activity with business objectives, delivering personalised customer journeys that drive engagement and loyalty.
- Support the execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels
- Assist with CRM and MarTech transformation initiatives, including system and campaign migrations
- Deliver end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, build, and performance analysis
- Carry out campaign setup and quality assurance checks
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to align campaign activity with business goals
- Use data and analytics to optimise campaigns and improve customer engagement
- Support change management and user adoption of CRM tools
- Track and report on campaign and CRM performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
Skills and experience:
- Experience using campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Bloomreach, or similar
- Previous experience building and executing multi-channel campaign journeys
- Ability to interpret campaign briefs and translate requirements into accurate execution
- Results-focused mindset with an understanding of campaign measurement and KPIs
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly Email, SMS, and Push
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach
