Overview:
We’re a fast-growing consultancy with a new client engagement and are seeking a seasoned Braze Implementation Program Lead to drive and deliver a successful end-to-end rollout of Braze. In this high-impact role, you will act as both the program lead and primary client interface, owning delivery while managing the relationship between the client and consultancy teams. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution—ensuring clear communication, strong governance, and high-quality implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full Braze implementation program, from planning to execution and enablement
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, owning the day-to-day relationship
- Manage program governance: milestones, timelines, risks, and stakeholder reporting
- Facilitate clear communication between consultancy and client teams across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Data
- Oversee technical delivery: Braze SDKs, APIs, event and attribute mapping, segmentation, journeys, and channel configuration (email, push, in-app, SMS)
- Align implementation with client use cases, business goals, and marketing strategies
- Guide integration of Braze with existing systems (e.g., CDPs, analytics, CRMs)
- Deliver onboarding, documentation, and training to empower client teams
- Ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) is upheld throughout the implementation
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience leading Braze implementations from both a technical and strategic standpoint
- Strong background in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and communications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Martech programs in consultancy or agency environments
- Deep understanding of Braze’s architecture: SDKs, APIs, events, user attributes, campaigns, and channels
- Skilled in navigating cross-functional environments and aligning stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with tools like Segment, mParticle, Mixpanel, or similar
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Prior work in fast-paced digital, eCommerce, or growth-focused industries
