New Campaign Manager Opportunity.

We\’re seeking a skilled campaign manager/executive to join a Digital Marketing Consultancy on an interim basis to support on a couple of major client CRM projects involving the Braze platform.

In this role, you\’ll take charge of managing digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, offering crucial support for campaign migration planning and delivering training sessions to clients on campaign management tools.

Role Overview: As a vital part of the Campaign Management Team, your primary objective will be to aid clients in acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers through strategic customer journey planning, optimized marketing campaigns, and insightful customer analysis.

Responsibilities: Collaborate within a dynamic team to segment data effectively, identifying and targeting specific audience segments for campaigns. Implement customer journeys using a variety of tools and features to schedule, automate, and trigger campaigns. Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns and utilize analytics tools to generate comprehensive reports. Your meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities will be essential for success in this role.

Desired Skills:

• Practical experience with Braze
• Proven track record in building and executing multi-channel campaign journeys, with the ability to analyse campaign briefs and interpret requirements effectively.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly in email, SMS, and push channels.
• Experience in IP Warming

Advantageous but not essential

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Liquid script, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. (Bonus not a must have), Proficiency in data querying (SQL).
• Experience with other marketing tools like Adobe Target, Litmus, Google Analytics, Taxi, Moveable Ink.
