We are looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This high-impact role involves delivering insights across digital, commercial, and operational areas by working with a variety of customer, sales, behavioural, and market data.
Youβll work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Marketing, UX, Product, Logistics, and Finance, as well as with Data Engineers to enable scalable, data-driven decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse data from multiple internal systems including sales platforms, customer data sources, logistics, and financial planning tools and deliver actionable insights across customer journeys, web performance, digital marketing strategy, sales trends, stock movement, and operational efficiency.
- Support UX and behavioural analysis using tools that provide heatmaps, session replays, and user journey insights.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to access data via APIs, define requirements, and help shape data pipelines and modelling.
- Build and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports in such as Excel, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or other tools to support commercial and operational teams.
- Use SQL to query and join datasets across multiple structured and semi-structured sources.
- Support assessing performance of new features or campaigns.
- Integrate and interpret third-party market and industry data to support benchmarking and competitive insights.
- Automate and scale reporting processes while supporting ad-hoc deep-dives and exploratory analysis.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting to stakeholder needs.
- 4β7 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or equivalent role, ideally within a DTC, retail, or digital-first business.
- Strong experience working across diverse datasets β including web analytics, customer & sales data, logistics, finance, and customer engagement platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
- Proficiency with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Exposure to tools like Contentsquare or other heatmap/UX tools.
- (Nice to have) Python for data manipulation, automation or advanced modelling.
- Understanding of data integration and familiarity with working alongside Data Engineering teams and API-driven sources.
- Ability to interpret and incorporate market intelligence or benchmarking data into internal reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
