My client is a leading Digital, CRM & CX Advisory & Delivery Partner. They align strategy, technology and operations to turn CX vision into a repeatable, scalable engine for growth with companies that often have the latest marketing technology platforms and ambitions but struggle to maximise them to obtain consistent customer outcomes.
As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a results-driven Account Director to join their UK based EMEA team to identify, close, and grow business opportunities while managing key customer relationships. They have a host of well-known brands across a variety of sectors including Retail, Telco, Financial Services, Gaming, Entertainment and Sport.
You will own a portfolio of existing clients (circa 15) and take full responsibility for delivering against agreed retention and growth sales targets. Your performance will be measured primarily against new revenue generated from your existing account portfolio and be rewarded with a very competitive commission scheme.
- Own and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for renewals and upsell/cross-sell within your existing account base.
- Create, present, negotiate, and close compelling service proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly articulate scope, value, and commercial terms.
- Understand client business trends and translate them into strategic, sales-ready opportunities that leverage Purple Square's services.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and forecasting calls – maintaining CRM hygiene and providing accurate weekly pipeline reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal service teams and partners to support sales efforts.
Proven experience of hitting or exceeding individual sales targets in an Account Executive, Account Director, or similar quota-carrying sales/customer service role within Digital, CRM, CX domain.
- Experience in strategic account planning and goal setting, with a focus on long-term growth.
- Experience of using CRM tools such as Hubspot.
Up to £55,000 basic and + an uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE) sales commission. If you hit your target you will earn £42,000 in commission and more if you overachieve your target; commission is paid quarterly.
