We’re looking for a Senior CRM Strategist to join our client's (leading CRM agency) Strategy team and play a key role in shaping and delivering CRM strategies for a range of clients. This is a hands-on strategic role, working closely with senior stakeholders to help brands use customer data more effectively — driving performance, improving customer journeys, and delivering measurable ROI.
You’ll be comfortable translating data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into practical CRM activity that genuinely moves the needle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of CRM strategies, with a clear focus on using data to meet client KPIs and demonstrate ROI
- Working with the Platform (Braze, SFMC, Adobe Campaign) team designing and orchestrating CRM and communications plans across complex or large-scale projects, ensuring activity is optimised against wider business and customer strategies
- Writing and contributing to data and CRM project briefs, clearly defining data, insight and technical requirements for specialist teams
- Applying strong analytical thinking to CRM strategy and execution, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences
- Developing compelling data stories and senior-level presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint to clearly articulate strategy, insight and opportunity
- Defining, reviewing and improving performance measurement frameworks to track success against CRM KPIs
- Using tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to identify optimisation opportunities and performance trends
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, working confidently with stakeholders up to senior management level
- Collaborating with third-party partners and platforms (e.g. CRM technology providers and agencies) to maximise the value of data
- Presenting confidently to senior internal and external stakeholders, using data and insight to tell a clear strategic story
- Leading the strategic output of project teams and supporting the development of more junior team members through mentoring and guidance
What we’re looking for:
- Strong, demonstrable experience across CRM principles and channels
- A proven ability to use data-driven insight and behavioural understanding to influence customer strategy
- An understanding of Platforms like Braze, Adobe Campaign or SFMC to help design workflows
- A solid understanding of performance marketing and the role CRM plays within it
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to inform optimisation and strategy
- Confidence working with Excel (or Google Sheets) and the wider Microsoft / Google suite
- A proactive, commercially minded approach — spotting opportunities and acting on them to deliver better outcomes for clients and teams
