Working for a leading Electronics manufacturer and retailer, you'll play an important role in helping drive performance marketing growth across their Direct to Consumer (D2C) business. Working as part of the European Performance Marketing team, you'll support the development and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple markets, helping deliver strong commercial results through data-led marketing strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in cross-channel performance marketing within a fast-paced, international business. You'll work closely with European teams, local markets and agency partners to support campaign planning, share best practices and identify opportunities to improve performance across channels including Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliates. You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders while building strong expertise in digital performance marketing, ecommerce and regional campaign management.
What will this role achieve?
- Support the delivery of a European cross-channel performance marketing strategy across D2C markets.
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, ROAS, customer acquisition and revenue performance.
- Contribute to the development of best practice frameworks, reporting and optimisation approaches across Paid Media and Affiliates.
- Work collaboratively with local markets and agency partners to help improve campaign execution and performance consistency.
- Support testing, learning and innovation across digital performance channels.
Your key responsibilities
- Cross-Channel Performance Marketing Support
- Support the planning and optimisation of performance marketing activity across Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliates.
- Assist in analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Help ensure campaigns align with wider D2C commercial objectives and business priorities.
- Performance Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and review performance across European markets, highlighting trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Support reporting on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CVR, traffic and revenue performance.
- Translate data into clear and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Recommendations & Best Practice
- Contribute to the creation of performance marketing playbooks, frameworks and best practice guides.
- Share recommendations with local markets and support implementation where required.
- Assist in tracking the effectiveness of optimisation initiatives and pilot tests.
- Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
- Work closely with European teams, local markets and agency partners to support campaign delivery and performance improvements.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Analytics and Ecommerce teams.
- Support meetings, presentations and performance reviews with clear communication and data-led recommendations.
What we need for this role
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media.
- Experience across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic or Affiliates.
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Paid Social platforms and digital performance metrics.
- Interest in ecommerce, digital trends and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across European markets where required.
