Overview

Our Production Assistant is the calm behind the scenes, helping bring our lifestyle shoots to life through brilliant organisation and attention to detail. Working closely with the production team, you’ll support every stage of the shoot process—from coordinating schedules and preparing documents to making sure everything is in place before shoot day. Juggling multiple projects, you’ll keep things organised, on track and running smoothly, helping the team focus on creating inspiring content while you keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home

What You Will Do

  • Report into Shoot Producer
  • Manage and send calendar invites for shoots, outfittings and key meetings
  • Support outfitting by ensuring timelines and information are shared with relevant teams
  • Track key deadlines (including carnets where required), ensuring stakeholders are kept informed
  • Prepare and coordinate the Master Production document ensuring all documents are complete and shared at least 24 hours ahead of shoot
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly saved, organised and distributed, including:
    • Call sheets
    • Risk assessments
    • Permits and licences (where required)
    • Sign‑in sheets and model timings
  • Take ownership of hard drives and tracking, ensuring all assets are logged and handed over post‑shoot
  • Support the setup and maintenance of Miro boards (AD edits and locations)
  • Assist with organisation of props and shared resources
  • Provide general production admin support, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
