Overview
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant at Boden, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the Product team to maximise sales and profit. You\’ll help keep everything running smoothly — from managing purchase orders and tracking stock intake, to maintaining accurate data across systems. With a sharp eye for detail and a love of organisation, you\’ll make sure the right product reaches the right place at the right time.
What You Will Do
- Manage the purchase order and approval process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business plans.
- Review stock intake against forecasts and highlight any variances.
- Prepare and share weekly stock availability reports.
- Support Monday trade meetings with clear, reliable data.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, acting as the go-to for accurate product and stock information.
What We Are Looking For

- Confident Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
