Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading our Training, Planning, Data & Admin, Stock & Space, Quality and Retail & Partnerships functions and will be a key member of our WH Leadership Team. You will be a confident operational leader who can role‑model our values and behaviours while driving a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement across the warehouse.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop multi-functional teams, driving high performance, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Create a strong learning culture through coaching, training needs analysis and structured development plans.
- Own resource planning and workforce optimisation, supporting budgeting and improving planning tools.
- Oversee stock control, intake planning and space utilisation, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Take responsibility for packaging, consumables and overall stock integrity.
- Lead Quality and Retail processes, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met while driving process improvements.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Garment Technology and Merchandising, embedding best practice.
- Oversee warehouse administration, ensuring accurate reporting of hours, productivity and bonus calculations.
- Administer the WH Weekly Group Incentive Scheme and support BSI audit requirements.
- Leverage Warehouse Management Systems and operational data to drive insight, reporting improvements and KPI clarity.
- Contribute to the wider WH Operations leadership team and support broader strategic initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience within a warehouse operations environment, leading multi-functional teams and driving performance.
- Proven track record of delivering operational improvement and managing change effectively.
- Deep understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience working with warehouse systems and quality standards, including ISO9000.
- Strong use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Stakeholder management experience.
