Overview
Reporting into the Head of Project Management and Shoot, the Project Manager oversees the effective delivery of omni-channel branded assets, within budget, to deadline and to the highest possible standard as required, by working with multiple teams. This is a 12-month FTC.
Location: 3-4 days per week based at our North Acton Office.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the initiation, execution, and closure of each project.
- Develop and maintain the critical path for each project with resources, tasks, dependencies detailed and updated every time there is a change; ensuring deadlines are adapted/met.
- Ensure correct processes are being followed, being an ambassador for best practice.
- Monitor and report on project progress risks and resource issues.
- Ensure all delivery streams are working together effectively, outputs are synchronised where necessary, and dependencies are mapped and managed.
- Create and maintain effective and regular stakeholder communication throughout all projects.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and participants in your projects.
- Question and challenge bad process with a focus on the quality of deliverables - identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure we deliver to the crit path.
- Create an environment where everyone on the project feels motivated, committed, and accountable for their role in the project.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in project management either agency or in-house, ideally for a retailer.
- A passion for delivering multi-channel creative.
- Experience of either being or working collaboratively with a producer.
- Experience of project delivery using Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies.
- Project management training, degree level or equivalent.
- MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets, Miro - use of Workfront desired, but not essential.
- People management and knowing how to get the best from them.
- Ability to flex approach to business needs or to creative innovation.
