Join Boden to support the Fabric team in the running of the department. The Admin Assistant reports into the Fabric Developer and handles administrative duties, ensuring accurate communication and documentation.

Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office; remaining days WFH. Employment type: 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Support the womenswear fabric development of our amazing product working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Set up fabric boards where necessary.
  • Organise the fabric room and archive and keep the core fabric boards up to date.
  • Organise and file the seasonal files, hangers.
  • Action the lab dips with the Mills and Suppliers.
  • Work closely with Tech and Buying to ensure all fabric information is correct.
  • Keep PLM and the tracker up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all cross functional teams.
  • Work at pace and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage your own workload and priorities, raise in advance if deadlines cannot be met.
  • Ensure decisions are made quickly and speak up if something goes wrong.
  • Distribute post to the fabric team.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about a career in Fabric.
  • Be creative and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experienced being part of a team.
  • Some Fabric and admin experiences – Textile / Design degree preferable.
  • A relevant internship would be desirable.
  • Be organised, adaptable and enjoy a challenge.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Great time management.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
