Overview

The Ecommerce Trading Assistant reports to the Trading Manager and is responsible for delivering the Online Trading Plan, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to deliver performance/growth. Working in tools to visually merchandise and optimise product placement to drive online performance across channels.

Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office.

What You Will Do

1. Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly Category Performance Analysis.
2. Deliver the department Merchandising and Optimisation Plan.
3. Customer Journey Execution and Optimisation across all events onsite collaborating with Content, UX and the marketing channels.
4. Execute product discoverability across categorization, navigation, filters, and search in collaboration with the Digital Ops Team.
5. Supports and inputs into the seasonal trading plan responding to current trading conditions and capitalising on opportunities.
