Workplace Manager (Client-Side, Financial Services)

Boden Group are proud to be partnering with a global financial services organisation to appoint a high-impact Workplace Manager, supporting a period of significant growth, transformation and workplace evolution.
This is a pivotal hire, sitting close to senior leadership, with real influence across workplace strategy, experience and operational delivery.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and elevate the workplace offering across a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
You will play a central role in shaping how people experience the workplace, driving meaningful change through data, insight and strong stakeholder engagement, while maintaining full accountability for facilities operations and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance workplace experience and occupier engagement, ensuring a high-quality, front-facing service to the business
- Act as Facilities Accountable Owner across hard and soft services, ensuring compliance, performance and risk control
- Take full ownership of contractor and vendor management, including writing and running RFPs, supplier selection and performance improvement
- Drive data-led decision making, analysing trends in occupancy and utilisation to deliver tangible improvements for end users
- Support and deliver workplace transformation and space management initiatives, particularly within hybrid working models
- Lead on governance, reporting and risk management, strengthening controls, compliance and operational transparency
- Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving environmental standards
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, acting as a visible and credible representative of the workplace function
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-side workplace or facilities leadership role within a corporate or regulated environment
- Strong background in supplier and contract management, including procurement and RFP processes
- Highly data-literate, with the ability to interpret insights and drive actionable change
- Confident, engaging and front-facing, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Solid understanding of compliance, risk and health & safety within facilities operations
- Experience delivering workplace transformation, change management or occupier experience programmes
- Commercially aware, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
