What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in supplier and contract management, including procurement and RFP processes
  • Highly data-literate, with the ability to interpret insights and drive actionable change
  • Confident, engaging and front-facing, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid understanding of compliance, risk and health & safety within facilities operations
  • Experience delivering workplace transformation, change management or occupier experience programmes
  • Commercially aware, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Why This Role?

  • Opportunity to shape and elevate the workplace experience within a growing business
  • High visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Autonomy to influence strategy, suppliers and service delivery
