This is a great opportunity for a Senior Technician, Lead Technician, Supervisor or Restoration Specialist who wants to move away from being fully on the tools and develop into a Technical Manager position.
You will use your practical site experience to survey jobs, scope works, advise customers, support delivery teams and help manage specialist cleaning and restoration projects across the UK.

- Supporting fire, flood, water damage and high-level cleaning projects
- Working closely with operations, account managers, planners, SHEQ and technicians
- Helping ensure works are delivered safely, correctly, on time and to a high standard

- Specialist cleaning
- Industrial cleaning
- High-level cleaning
- Biohazard or trauma cleaning
- Senior technician, supervisor or team leader roles

- IPAF or PASMA
- IOSH, NEBOSH or strong RAMS knowledge
- Customer site surveys
- Scoping works and supporting quotations
- Supervising technicians or subcontractors
Why this role?
This is a genuine step-up opportunity for someone who wants career progression, more responsibility and the chance to move into technical management while still staying close to the operational side of the work.
