In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction through your administrative expertise.

The Role

  • Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
  • Issue permits and arrange contractor access for essential works.
  • Record and process client requests to meet operational requirements.
  • Liaise daily with engineering teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Attend meetings, capturing important minutes for follow-up actions.

You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong call handling and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • An organised approach to managing multiple tasks.
  • GCSEs or NVQ qualification in Business Administration or similar fields.
