You will handle planned maintenance, fault-finding and reactive repairs across boilers, pumps, heating, chilled water and ventilation systems, while recording work in the CAFM system.
Ideal candidates will have a recognised mechanical apprenticeship with a Level 3 qualification and experience in regulated settings such as healthcare.
