Snagger

We are looking for a Snagger to join an established building maintenance company, helping to ensure all building work is complete to a high standard. This role is based in birmingham, and you will need your own vehicle and tools. Snagger Birmingham Temp on going £22-23ph paid weekly via CIS Monday to Friday/ 40 hr weeks As a Snagger, you will be: * Inspecting and identifying defects * Perform finishing repairs and touch ups ( painting work, patch plastering etc) * Rectifying any h&s concerns such as missing fire alarms etc * Carrying out basic works as needed To be succesful as a Snagger, you will need: * Experience in a similar field * CSCS card * Have or willing to get your manual handling, asbestos awarness and working from heights qualification We would be interested in speaking with any trades people with experience in finisher, multi, trades multi, snagging or finishing roles.
