An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee building services projects across London. You'll manage site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion, coordinating M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works. This client-facing role will take responsibility for safe site delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality, programme performance and stakeholder relationships. The Role   As the Site Manager, you'll: Manage daily site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion. Coordinate M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works. Monitor programmes and address delays, constraints and resource requirements. Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel against required standards. Monitor workmanship, materials and installations, ensuring defects are addressed promptly. Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation. Manage technical, operational and delivery risks, escalating issues where required. Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information. About You   To be successful as the Site Manager, you'll have: Proven site or project management experience within facilities management or building services. Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects. A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery. Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercial awareness covering project costs, risks and subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. What's in it for You? £350–£450 per day. 12-month contract. Monday-to-Friday working pattern. Building services projects across London.
