Our client is a growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy delivering surveying, asset management and compliance services to housing associations, local authorities and public sector organisations across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead and support a small team of surveyors delivering Stock Condition Surveys and asset data collection programmes across a diverse residential portfolio.
The Role
This is a hands-on position combining team leadership with survey delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing survey programmes, ensuring data quality, supporting and mentoring surveyors, and undertaking stock condition surveys yourself when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting a team of Stock Condition Surveyors.
- Undertaking stock condition surveys across residential housing stock.
- Collecting and validating asset, component and condition data.
- Ensuring survey data is accurate, consistent and delivered to client requirements.
- Carrying out quality assurance checks and audits of completed surveys.
- Supporting project planning and survey programme delivery.
- Liaising with clients.
