Senior Recruitment Consultant – Contract & Interim
Boden Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Contract & Interim team.
This is an opportunity to join an established specialist recruitment business and work across high-value contract and interim appointments, with a particular focus on transformation, mobilisation and senior project roles within the Facilities Management sectors.
You’ll have access to established client relationships and live opportunities, while having the autonomy to develop your own network and grow your contract desk.
The role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing an established contract and interim desk
- Recruiting senior contract and interim professionals across the FM sector
- Working on high-value assignments, including transformation, mobilisation and project-led appointments
- Developing relationships with existing Boden Group clients and identifying new opportunities
- Proactively winning new contract and interim business
- Building and maintaining a strong contractor network
- Managing the full recruitment process, from initial client brief through to placement, extension and ongoing contractor management
- Growing a sustainable contractor book and developing recurring revenue
What we're looking for
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who understands the pace and commercial opportunity of the contract and interim market.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within contract, interim or temporary recruitment
- A strong track record of developing client relationships and winning business
- A commercial mindset and understanding of building recurring revenue
- Confidence engaging with senior clients and candidates
- The ambition to grow your desk and develop your career with Boden Group
Experience within Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, Building Services, Transformation or another related professional market would be advantageous, although we’re open to strong contract recruiters from other sectors.
You’ll be joining a growing business with an established presence in the FM and Built Environment markets, giving you the platform to develop a successful contract and interim desk.
