We’re looking for a dynamic Compliance Manager to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, supporting one of their flagship financial services clients in the heart of London.
As Compliance Manager, you’ll take ownership of all Risk and Compliance activities across a high-profile account, ensuring full alignment with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a robust compliance culture and driving operational excellence across the UK&I region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of compliance processes and procedures across the client’s property portfolio.
- Maintain comprehensive registers of all statutory, legal, and client-specific compliance requirements.
- Oversee and track statutory inspections, certifications, and reactive compliance tasks.
- Act as the account’s subject matter expert, providing advice and support to the management team.
- Ensure all compliance obligations are documented, monitored, and reported through governance frameworks.
- Drive standardisation, best practice, and continuous improvement across all sites.
- Maintain and update the Account Risk Register, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
- Deliver compliance reporting, audits, and performance reviews to client and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in compliance or risk management within Facilities Management, Property, or a regulated operational environment.
- Strong understanding of statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements affecting building and FM operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident managing compliance frameworks and audit programmes across multiple sites.
- Degree-level qualification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership skills with experience supporting remote or regional teams.
