🔹 Senior Commercial Manager – Leeds (Power Networks)

Contract: 3 months minimum | Inside IR35 | Negotiable Day Rate

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take on a critical interim role within the Power Networks / Infrastructure sector.

This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership post, guiding a large commercial team and overseeing contract management on complex, high-value projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a sizeable team of Quantity Surveyors.
• Owning all contract and commercial management activity across a major programme.
• Working hands-on with NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts.
• Acting as the senior commercial interface with both client representatives and internal board-level stakeholders.
• Driving value, compliance, and governance across the commercial function.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven senior commercial leadership in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong technical expertise across NEC, JCT, and FIDIC forms of contract.
• Demonstrable experience managing large commercial teams.
• Immediate or short-notice availability for an initial 3-month assignment.
