Senior Capital Projects Manager

We are actively seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to work for an organisation based in the South West. This is for a fixed term contract expected to last a minimum of 18 months but could be extended to 5 years. Position: Senior Capital Projects Manager Location: South West England Pay rate: £62 – 72,000pa Key Responsibilities: * Deliver major capital estates projects on hospital sites * Technical expert for building services engineering * Stakeholder management for capital programme * Manage a large budget and procure construction and design teams * Corporate governance and assurance in a clinical healthcare setting * Develop business cases for major capital projects including equipment replacement * HND in construction or building studies Additionally, the successful candidate will undergo a DBS check.
